SEE BEYOND
Sustainabilty: our commitment since 1990
How do we integrate sustainability into our daily operations?
Our machines are designed with a focus on energy efficiency. Our spindles mount energy-efficient motors and regenerative drives. This means that whenever a Nova Sidera machine slows down or stops, the energy generated is sent back to the grid, decreasing the overall energy consumption of the production process.
In addition, due to the design of our spindles, spare parts are available worldwide and the customer can remove the spindle group himself, and ship it to Nova Sidera for an overhaul. This approach not only reduces downtime but also facilitates repairs anywhere on the globe, allowing our customers to keep production moving without prolonged interruptions.
We believe that sustainability is not just a goal, but a daily practice. We will continue to innovate and adopt sustainable solutions to reduce our environmental impact and help build a better future for us all.
CALL ME BY MY NAME: Hercules
Let me introduce myself, my name is Hercules.
I am the sturdiest of the family, I can spin diameters up to 64 Inches (1640 mm) and deform up to 0.315’ (8mm) aluminum, 0.2’ (5mm) steel and 0.12’ (3mm) stainless steel. I am the machine of choice for complex work on basic materials, but I do my best on superalloys or if there is a need to heat up the metal during the spinning process.
In addition, I can wear many accessories such as the punch press, heating system, CNC units, and special beading devices on both the vertical unit and the tailstock.
In short, when the process gets tough, I’m involved with the job, combining flexibility, robustness and reliability. To find out more about me, visit the website section.
